Financial Aid That Supports Your Values

2026–2027 Financial Aid Applications Open Through March 31!
Families experiencing financial hardship are welcome to apply for tuition assistance. However, aid is limited and awarded based on financial need and availability. Current CBS families will receive priority consideration.
To be eligible, a student must be enrolled in grades Kindergarten-12th and in good standing with the school. Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten students (Early Childhood) are not eligible for tuition aid.
All applicants must read the CBS Handbook for full tuition, financial aid, payment policies and be prepared to upload tax and identity documents within the application. Financial aid covers tuition only - enrollment fees, student fees, sports fees, or lunch charges, etc, are not covered. The maximum financial award is 50% of tuition, though most families receive less based on relative need, number of applicants, and overall budget. It is the expectation of CBS that families applying for financial aid will apply for HB93 to help cover tuition. Thus, many families receive deferred payment plans (as opposed to substantial scholarships) to allow time to collect tax credit monies in April each calendar year.
Financial aid assistance must be applied for each school year. Qualifying for financial aid one year does not guarantee qualifying in subsequent years.
CBS partners with FACTS Grant & Aid to help determine how to distribute limited funds to families seeking tuition assistance through an application process. There is a fee of $40.00 collected by FACTS to process the financial aid application.
Here is the link for the financial aid application:
FACTS Financial Aid and Grant Program.
Once applications are processed, the school will contact families if they were selected for a grant. Should the school receive any future scholarship money, we will review any outstanding applications and notify applicants of any availability.
Please note: re-enrollment fees for the 2026-2027 term must be paid in order to be considered for financial aid.
