Our Admissions Process is Simple
Step 1: Tour our School
Come see our beautiful campus, and discover the value of an academically excellent, Christ-centered education at Centennial Baptist School. You’ll walk through our spacious facilities and meet our amazing staff. Click the “inquiry” button below to schedule a tour.
Step 2: Apply online and pay application fee
Applications for the 2024-2025 academic school year will be available on February 15th, 2024. Please view the link below to access the online application packet.
Step 3: Documents:
You will be asked to upload all documentation online with your application before the application is considered complete.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Birth Certificate
Immunization Records/Immunization Exemption Form
Current photo of student
A personal recommendation letter from a church ministry leader (1st-12th)
Step 4: Student Assessment (K5-8th)
Once your application has been submitted and all documents are provided, our Admissions Department will schedule a date and time to take the entrance exam. After the exam, parents will meet with our testing administrator to review the results.
Step 5: Admissions Decisions/Invitation to Enroll:
Upon completion of the tour, application submission, entrance exam and review of documents; each applicant will be notified with a decision by the Admissions Department. Below are the decisions:
1. Accepted - Admission with Invitation to Enroll.
Once the applicant is accepted, you will be emailed an invitation to enroll. The email will include instructions and login credentials to access the enrollment packet in the FACTS Family Portal.
2. Wait listed - Due to full capacity, we maintain a wait list. Placement for the wait list is determined by the classroom size. If we have a seat that opens for a wait list student, you will be notified by the Admissions Department.
3. Not Accepted
Step 6: Complete Enrollment (Accepted Applicants):
Respond to the email Invitation to Enroll. The final step to the enrollment process is to complete your online enrollment packet in the FACTS Family Portal. This will include creating your FACTS tuition account and selecting a payment plan.
